Returns & Exchanges

All of our Self-Care items are Final Sale. If you receive a diffuser, accessory or apparel item that is damaged, we will provide you an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt. We inspect all of our orders for quality and accuracy prior to shipment to ensure that your order is correct and fresh. Please thoroughly read the ingredients list provided in the description of each product to check for any allergens that may be present prior to purchase. If you are unsure of the exact ingredients and are concerned, please contact a Self-Care Guide. Responses usually take 24-48 hours.

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged by us (not by USPS) or have an issue with the accuracy of your order, please contact our Customer Service within 48hrs of receiving your package to discuss a possible store credit or replacement of the exact item ordered. *We do not offer refunds or exchanges on self-care or aromatherapy products.
