As autumn arrives, shorter days and reduced sunlight can bring changes in our mood, energy and stress levels. Autumn Joy: Create Your Light is an intentionally designed wellness experience that offers a creative and supportive way to prepare for the seasonal transition.

Guests may create a luxurious, personalized body butter, blend aromatherapy rollerballs or select an individual workshop experience. Between workshops, participants will be guided through a grounding activity designed to encourage reflection, presence and reconnection.

The experience also includes intentionally crafted tea from The Healing Garden Café, creating space to slow down, connect with others and enjoy a few restorative hours of self-care.

Come blend, create, ground and connect—and leave with handcrafted self-care products, practical seasonal-wellness tools and a renewed sense of joy.

Space will be limited.
